Win a trip to Japan with the Festival of Japan
Festival of Japan, is offering any customer an opportunity to win a 10 day trip to Kyoto, Japan. Kyoto is a wonderful place to start your love affair with Japan. Giving you the best of the old and new, our trip will allow plenty of time for both culture and of course shopping.
The winner will visit Japans old capital, Kyoto for 10 days between late March and early April 2013.
- Round trip airfare from Newcastle International Airport to Kansai Aiport, Osaka,Japan
- Kansai to hotel return transfers
- 9 nights’ accommodation in Kyoto
- Choice of 2 full day excursions from a list of 10 itineraries
- Trip valued at approximately £2000

The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18. It is not restricted to UK only and can be entered by anyone. Flight will leave from Newcastle Airport, no alternative departure airport. No travel or accommodation prior to arrival at Newcastle Airport will be paid. No travel or accommodation after return to Newcastle airport will be paid. Trip does not include any food, but does include all accommodation costs whilst in Japan. 10 day itineraries are planned, you (the winner) may choose any two of these excursions on a complimentary basis. Other excursions can be attended at a reduced rate. You can invite up to three other guests at a reduced rate of 40% off our usual trip rates.
The prize is non transferable.
The prize is available to any customer purchasing from Festival of Japan. The exception to this condition will be any fund raising event.
You (the winner) must provide your own spending money, provide your own holiday insurance and have a passport that is valid for 6 months after your departure date to Japan.
There is an alternative prize of £500 to spend at any Initial J, Trident or Crafts for All Craft shows or £600 if used for goods from Festival of Japan.
